Payment Policy

At MAKERPALS, we want to make the payment process as easy and secure as possible for our customers. Please read our payment policy carefully before making a purchase.

Accepted Payment Methods (For INR or Indian Users):

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Rupay
Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Rupay

Accepted Payment Methods (For International Customers):

PayPal
Bank Transfer: For USD (ACH Credit, RTP, Fedwire, SWIFT)

Bank Transfer can be done using the “ACH Credit / RTP / Fedwire / SWIFT” option while checking out. The account details and codes will be available there for which users can wire the amount and include the order number.

Payment Security:

We take payment security seriously and use industry-standard encryption (Provided by the PayPal and PhonePe) to protect your payment information. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

Payment Process:

When you place the order, you will be directed to our merchant gateway to pay for your order from the above listed payment methods. Once the payment is received by us, your order will be updated to “processing” else it will be marked as pending payment (if payment is cancelled due to any issues). Customers can repay for the order by visiting their Cart in the My Account section.

Sales Tax (Only applicable for Indian Customers or Transactions in INR)

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to India based on the current tax rate i.e. 18%. The sales tax will be calculated at checkout and are included in the total amount of the order. All the prices displayed on the product page are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax.

If you have a dispute with a payment or an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
