Refund and Cancellation Policy

At MAKERPALS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or return a product, and we’re here to help.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@makerpals.in , We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 5 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@makerpals.in ,  We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was defective or damaged when you received it.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take 3 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

If the product was defective or damaged when you received it, we will provide a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following products:

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Custom-made products or products that have been personalized in anyway.

Products that are not in their original packaging.
