Processing Time:

All orders will be processed within 24hours for In Stock Items, excluding weekends (Sundays) and holidays. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Options:

We offer various International shipping options, which include:

DHL Express: This option usually takes 3-4 days to deliver Globally. But these transit time may be affected due to customs intervention.
Postal Airmail or Express Airmail: This option usually takes 15 -25 days to deliver to most of the countries.

We offer various Domestic shipping (Within INDIA) options, which include:

BlueDart Air: This option takes 3 to 4 days for delivery in PAN India.
DTDC Air: This option takes 2 to 5 days for delivery in PAN India.
Shree Tirupati Courier Service (Free Shipping): This option takes 6 to 7 days for delivery in PAN India.

Shipping Rates:

We charge a fixed shipping rate for all orders (International or Domestic). The shipping rate will be calculated based on weight at checkout, and you will have the opportunity to review the options and confirm the rate before placing your order. While FREE SHIPPING, regardless of any MOQ, is available on all orders within India. For Air Service, Customers will be charged the shipping rate.

International Shipping, Customs, VAT

We ship everywhere as we don’t consider borders and sanctions. But as we are dependent on shipping companies, we have to adhere by their restrictions. So, if customer has placed an order but the selected shipping company doesn’t ship then we may look for alternatives and update it via email. Yes! If not acceptable, customers can cancel such orders promptly and seek refund (which is decided as per refund policies).

The Delivery times will vary depending on your location and may get affected due to Customs examination, Weather conditions, Any holiday or Delay in Flight connectivity. Please note that customs and import duties may be charged by the Shipping companies as per policies. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate. So, customers can check it at DHL. As per our experience, Majority of our products don’t get taxed by the border agencies. Still, it is the responsibility of the customer to stay updated.

Please be informed that for DHL Express, Customs filing may incur surcharges, if line items reach more than 5. For more details, please check on DHL Customs Services (For Non-EU Customers).

For EU Customers, we are now registered under an umbrella with the IOSS in the EU. So, as per policies, for all orders with a value of €150 or less (shipping excluded) we will collect VAT (as per your local VAT rate) when you place your order. This VAT will be added to the order, and the customs won’t delay your shipment clearance as we will deposit the VAT prior. This will help the courier companies to deliver the order quickly. To avail this option, please use Express Airmail (VAT Paid) for your order.
